We confirm all flower orders with high quality digital photos prior to shipping, so that our customers can see for themselves the exact flowers that they will be receiving. We openly list all of our prices as much as possible to eliminate the guesswork. When requesting a quote for a special order, we promptly return our customer's emails and calls. We are very upfront and there are never hidden costs. All of the photographs on our site are of our own silk designs. They are not stock photos from FTD®, like many other sites. We do not display pictures of real flowers in order to lure people into buying our products only to disappoint them when the flowers that they receive look nothing like the expected product. (Look carefully or ask if you aren't sure.) Our business practices are always legitimate and what you see is always what you get here.
- Value. Our silk flowers are purchased from wholesalers at below retail price. We order in bulk, so that we can keep the costs low. Because of this, we are able to pass the savings on to our customers. We do not mark up, over-inflate, or price gouge simply because of a special event. We offer a variety of choices that should suit nearly any bride's taste and budget. You'll find that our prices are often lower than if you had drove to your local craft store, picked out your silk flower stems, purchased all the extras and supplies, and spent several frustrating hours trying to put together your bridal flowers yourself.
How much money do I need to put down to book my wedding?
A minimum deposit is typically $100. If your order amount is less than $100, it is 50% of the total bill. You may pay any amount greater than that if you wish. You can even make installments and lay-away payments if you desire. Our testimonials page has a Current Customer Payment area for paying deposits and installments.
I do not have a PayPal account. Can I still order flowers from you?
Absolutely! Paying through PayPal is not restricted to account holders. You may use any credit card or your checking account to pay. It is a safe, convenient and totally free way to purchase goods.
How far in advance do I need to order my flowers?
In most cases, you can place your order as little 3-4 weeks before your wedding date. We recommend that you place your order at least 4-6 weeks before your wedding date, to allow adequate time for approval and shipping. Some brides order their flowers nearly a year in advance!
How do I store my flowers between the time that they arrive and my wedding date?
You should unpack your flowers immediately upon receipt. Inspect them carefully to be sure that they have arrived undamaged. If you are storing your flowers for several months, you should place them loosely in a single layer in a large plastic bag (like an unused garbage bag) with the flower sides up if possible to prevent crushing the blooms. Do not store the flowers in direct sunlight- it will make the colors fade. For round bouquets, you may place the stems in a vase and cover the arrangement with plastic. You can place a fabric softener dryer sheet in the bags or a cotton ball with your favorite essential oil in the bag to help keep the arrangement smelling nice.
What should I do with my flowers after my wedding?
Many brides ponder what to do with the flower arrangements we have created for them after the big day has come and gone. You spend your hard earned money on all of these beautiful flowers, and then what? Some brides will return the flowers to us for our special "Re-do Service". This is a 4everflorals exclusive! If you were a 4everflorals bride, you can send any of your wedding flowers back to us at any time, and we will happily redesign your flowers into a wreath, swag, or other piece of home decor for you to cherish for years to come. The best part is that this service is completely FREE! You pay only for the shipping. Just another way that we are trying to be sure that our customers get the most "bouquet for their buck"!
How soon will my flowers arrive?
Depending on your location in the US, your flowers should arrive within 7-10 business days. We ship our products via USPS or UPS; whichever you prefer. From our experience, shipping via USPS is considerably less expensive and still relatively expedient. We insure all shipments at no additional cost to our customers.
Can you match any color?
Typically, yes. We encourage all of our customers to send us color swatches, and photos. We do have a web page full of handy color tabs to reference; however please remember that the colors can vary slightly from monitor to monitor.
Do you have sample bouquets?
We will gladly send sample bouquets to our customers from the flowers that we have in stock. Sample bouquets are $20 each plus shipping. Any flowers that we do not have currently in our inventory, or that must be ordered are not available for samples. This is because we buy in bulk from wholesalers and buy as needed.
